1. Operator
These terms apply to the transfer and transport services offered by Red Rider Travel, Camiel van Den Busschestraat 92, 8310 Bruges, Belgium (enterprise no. 1022.586.668, VAT BE 1022.586.668).
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation by email. Please check the details and tell us immediately of any errors.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are per vehicle and include 21% Belgian VAT. A deposit is payable at booking to confirm your reservation; the balance is due at the end of the trip. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Cancellations
Free cancellation with a full refund is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
5. Changes & delays
For airport and cruise transfers we monitor flight and ship arrivals and adjust at no extra cost. You are responsible for providing accurate pick-up details and a contactable phone number.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Belgian and EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services or to services tied to a specific date of performance (Code of Economic Law, Art. VI.53). Our cancellation terms above apply instead.
7. Passengers & luggage
Our standard vehicle seats up to 3 passengers, with luggage space as described on our website. Child seats are available on request.
8. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
